Recipe on Vegan & Gluten Free Chocolate Protein Bars! 


– 1.5 dl Gluten-free oats

– 1.5 dl of your favorite chocolate protein powder.

– 1/2 dl optional sweetener (ex agave, etc)

– 3 tablespoons vegan chocolate (alt cacao nibs or carob)

– A pinch of salt

– 1 teaspoon of vanilla

– 2.5 tablespoons coconut oil

– 1 tablespoon chia seeds

– 1 dl peanut butter


– Coconut flakes

– Salt

Do this:

1. Heat the peanut butter, coconut oil, optional sweetener, and vanilla in a saucepan on low heat.

2. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the protein powder until it is a smooth batter. Then add the oats and the chia seeds. Pour the batter into a saucepan with parchment paper at the bottom.

3. Pour chocolate and coconut oil into a small saucepan and heat on low heat until melted. Then drizzle the chocolate and coconut mixture on top of the batter. Sprinkle with sea salt and coconut flakes (optional)

4. Place in the freezer for 1 hour before removing it from the pan and cutting it into squares. Store the bars in the freezer tightly packed or in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
