The new year is almost here, the perfect time to reflect and set goals that bring you closer to your dreams. But setting goals is one thing—achieving them is another.

I strongly believe in the power of setting goals, but I also know how easy it is to feel overwhelmed or stuck when you don’t know where to start. That’s why I’m sharing a step-by-step plan – to make the process simple and clear so you can actually achieve your goals.

When you break your big dreams into smaller, manageable steps, you create a clear path to follow. This allows you to focus on what needs to be done today, tomorrow, and next month—without losing motivation. Each small success builds on the previous one and brings you closer to your ultimate goal.

I want you not only to set goals but to experience the joy of actually achieving them. This method helps you stay on track, celebrate your progress, and grow as a person along the way. It’s about turning your dreams into reality, one step at a time!

Here’s a simple way to break down your big dreams into daily steps

1. Think Big: Your 10-Year Goal
What do you dream of being, having, or doing in 10 years?
Dream big—so big it gives you butterflies and makes you think, “This is impossible!” That’s where the magic lies. A true dream goal should inspire and excite you, propelling you forward!

2. Start Here: Your 3-Year Goal
What must you achieve and have in place within the next 3 years to be on track toward your 10-year goal?

How much money do you need to make?

What health and personal development areas should you focus on?

Where do you want to live, who do you want to spend time with, and how do you want to spend your days?

3. Break It Down to 1 Year: What Will You Do in 2025?
What needs to happen in 2025 to keep you on track toward your 3- and 10-year goals? This might involve taking specific steps in your business, improving your health, building your network, or developing new skills. Think of 2025 as where you lay the foundation for future success!

4. Plan Quarterly: Divide the Year into 90-Day Goals
What must you accomplish each quarter (Q1-Q4) to reach your yearly, 3-year, and 10-year goals? Create a plan for what you’ll achieve each month, breaking it down into actionable steps.

5. Make It Concrete: Goals for January 2025 (30 Days)
Decide what actions you must take by January 31, 2025, to stay on track for your 3-month, yearly, and long-term goals.

Set aside two hours each month to review your progress (ideally a few days before the end of the month).

After 90 days, evaluate your progress: celebrate your wins, identify the next steps, and keep moving forward!

6. Grow Along the Way
Remember, your goals aren’t just about the destination. By achieving them, you’ll grow and evolve into a stronger, more focused version of yourself.

Once you’ve identified your goals, download the PDF template to write it down! Include your goal, the deadline for achieving it, and the steps you’ll take to move forward. Use the template to keep track of your progress and stay motivated throughout the year.

Wishing you the best start to the new year, and I can’t wait to see you grow!

Love, Johanna
