Skincare is about what we apply to our skin and what we eat. That’s why, in today’s newsletter, I want to wish you a Merry Christmas and share a simple and healthy recipe that you and your skin will love!
Skin-Friendly Christmas Recipe: Berry & Chocolate Mousse (Dairy and Sugar-Free)
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
(approx. 300 g, packed with healthy fats that work wonders for the skin)
3 tbsp (15 g) raw cacao powder
(rich in antioxidants that protect the skin from aging)
2 tbsp (30 ml) honey or yacon syrup
(natural sweetness and gut bacteria-friendly)
1 tsp (5 g) vanilla powder
1 cup (150 g) frozen raspberries or blueberries
(anti-inflammatory and rich in vitamin C)
Instructions:
Blend the avocados with raw cacao, honey/yacon syrup, and vanilla powder until smooth.
Thaw the berries and gently fold them into the mousse or use them as a topping.
Serve in small bowls and decorate with extra berries on top.
The Result:
A creamy and delicious chocolate mousse that tastes fantastic and gives your skin a boost of nourishment and glow!
