Green and red juices are a fantastic way to get plenty of greens filled with chlorophyll, vitamins
and other vital minerals in your body.
This recipe is a really good and easy red juice!
ingredients:
4 celery stalks
1 apple
2 carrots
about 150 g of alpha alpha sprouts
1/2 cucumber
1 lime
2 beets
1. Press all ingredients and enjoy this anti-inflammatory drink.
2. Enjoy!
