Hi lovely you!

I love the sun’s magical rays that make us feel so good! I hope you are having a great summer!

Right now, I’m lying on my balcony planning for the future, and I’m almost longing for autumn with all the excitement that’s to come! How wonderful to plan and vision and then make it a reality. Soon, you will see what’s coming! 🙂

I hope you will love my super salad full of nutrition! 

My Happy Skin salad!

Ingredients:

– 100 g of spinach
– 50 g arugula
– 1 pot of basil
– 1 large pepper
– 10 cherry tomatoes
– 1⁄2 steamed sweet potato

Do this:

1. Dice the sweet potato and steam for about 5 minutes. Pour all vegetables into a large bowl.

2. Dice peppers and tomatoes and add the vegetables.

3. Add the basil leaves to the salad.

4. Then add the sweet potato when it has cooled a bit. Season with a little lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
