Hi! Just coming from a meeting with my students! I always get so happy and full of energy after these meetings. I have education in beauty and nutrition and it is so nice to help you entrepreneurs in a holistic way! I always see the skin as a whole as something that is connected to the body. When you take care of the body, the skin will also feel good! Treatment from the outside is usually not enough, but you also need to strengthen the skin from the inside. Everything matters, from what skincare products you use to how you sleep, exercise, what you eat, and how your mental health is.
6 effective routines for radiant skin!Unfortunately, there is no miracle cure that will solve any skin problem at once. However, there is a lot you can do every day in small steps that will make your skin radiate in the long run. You can compare it to a fruit. Fruit ripens at its own pace, but it can ripen faster if it receives more nutrition, through the sun. I want to say that when you nourish the skin and body, it gets better conditions to feel good and radiate. This is what you can do: 1. Strengthen the skin from the inside Everything you put in your body will also affect the skin. By eating a nutritious diet and preferably 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day along with healthy fats, such as olive oil, avocado, and nuts, you maximize the skin from within. Extra important nutrients for the skin are vitamins C and E, but also beta-carotene, which you find in carrots and sweet potatoes, or lutein, which is found in, for example, spinach and kale. These are antioxidants that are extra important for the skin. 2. Strengthen the skin from the outside It is essential that you know which skincare products are suitable for your skin. Use only natural skin care products. They must contain natural and caring oils. Your skin produces i.a. oil, and therefore the oil is also needed to balance it. If your skin is dehydrated or if you add too much fat, you can disturb the skin’s natural pH balance. Using it correctly sorts combinations of oils, such as jojoba and sea buckthorn oil, to name a few, that can do wonders for the skin. A gentle cleaning is also necessary to remove any oil residue and dirt. 3. Water moisturizes the skin Water ensures that your cells receive oxygen and nutrients to remove toxins and do their job. The skin gets water last, as the body prioritizes other organs first. To keep your skin hydrated, drink water to compare benefits for days. Drink at least 1.5 liters of water daily; if you exercise, you need more. 4. Movement gives the skin more nourishment When you move your body, you increase circulation. The skin gets nourished through the blood; change gives it more luster. When when you sweat, the pores are cleansed. However, it is important that you wash your face immediately after exercising to remove residual slag. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. 5. Sleep gives the skin luster The skin cleanses and repairs itself when you sleep, and it is important to have beauty sleep for at least 8 hours a night. Go to bed at the same time every night and get up at the same time, then you get an even sleep rhythm that will benefit both skin and body. 6. Recovery makes the skin radiate When you stress, your adrenal glands produce stress hormones, which can trigger acne or eczema in the skin. When you stress, you also restrict the nutrition to the skin, as the blood vessels become narrower and constrict. You will calm the system by performing meditation daily, having your own time, and deep breathing deep into your stomach and in and out through your nose. In this way, the skin also feels good! Have a great day and skin! Love, |
