It´s so easy to make your own almond milk, and it´s also healthier and cheaper than the one you buy in the store!
Here´s how to make your own almond milk.
You´ll need:
– 1 dl Almonds
– A pinch of salt
– A mixer
– A nut bag
Do this:
Soak 1 dl of almonds in water for 24 hours. You can change the water once or twice!
When they are ready, mix the almonds with a blender. Use about 1.2 L of water and add a pinch of salt before mixing it.
Then pour it into a nut bag over a jug. Cover and store the almond milk in the fridge.
