A simple green and fresh smoothie with protein from cashews! This smoothie is perfect as a snack, breakfast or even desert!

Ingredients, 2 servings:

-2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
-2 large ripe bananas peeled
-12 ounces of orange juice
-1 large handful of spinach
-1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated
-¼ cup raw cashews
-5 cups ice

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour into glasses and serve with a slice of fresh pineapple.

2. Enjoy!
