Beetroot and kale smoothie! Filled with nutrients that nourish and energize your skin and body, perfect as a snack!

ingredients:

200g Beetroot
2 Celery stalks
1 Ripe avocado
1 Green banana 
2 dl Chopped kale
5 cups Cold water
2 dl Frozen raspberries
2-3 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Do this:

Peel and cut the beets into small pieces. Rinse and chop the celery in smaller pieces.
Divide and core the avocado, cut out the meat. Peel the banana.
Mix all ingredients in a mixer or food processor.
