So, what about your skin?
Today, I want to share 4 steps to achieve radiant skin. It’s essential to support the body from within, combined with organic and synthetic-free skincare products. I challenge you to follow these four steps for 30 days:
Step 1:
Drink at least 10 glasses of clean water daily. This detoxifies the body and provides energy and minerals, combating dry, dull skin. Water is vitality!
Step 2:
Exercise for at least 30 minutes and practice 20 minutes of mindfulness daily. Movement increases circulation and nourishes the skin. Mindfulness helps calm a stressed nervous system, which also benefits the skin.
Step 3:
Fill at least 50% of your plate with vegetables and reduce inflammatory foods like sugar, wheat, and dairy. Proper chewing improves digestion and nutrient absorption, strengthening the immune system and reducing the risk of acne and eczema.
Step 4:
Get 8 hours of sleep every night and practice deep breathing for at least 10 minutes in the morning and evening. Adequate sleep and deep breathing provide more energy, enhance skin quality, and help the body recover.
