Today I thought I would share a super simple & delicious chia pudding, it is perfect as a snack, desert or why not a luxurious breakfast !?
This is what you need to make chocolate chia pudding:
-3 tablespoons chia seeds
-1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder (raw)
-About 2.5 dl herbal milk (I use homemade almond milk.)
-2 teaspoons coconut sugar or other optional sweetener (optional)
Tip: You can even add a pinch of salt!
Do this:
1. Mix the chia seeds and the cocoa powder in a bowl or large jar.
2. Add coconut sugar if desired and milk and mix. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes and then mix again. Cover the mixture and place the chia seed pudding in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.
3. Once it has thickened, you can eat it as it is or top with something you want, such as banana or other fresh fruit and berries, cocoa nibs, peanut butter, granola, hemp seeds, etc. Enjoy! Hug Johanna- Your health hero
