Hi!
Hope all is well with you! If I ended up on a desert island, I would take two vegetables with me. One would be broccoli and the other kale. These are filled with nutrients that benefit to a nice and radiant skin!

Nice skin with kale!
100g of kale contains 160% of the recommended intake of vitamin C.
Vitamin C is important for the formation of collagen, so the skin is firm and vital. Vitamin C is also good for the immune system, counteracts colds and infections, and has an anti-inflammatory effect. It especially benefits a skin that has acne or eczema. Kale also contains lutein and zeaxanthin which are part of the carotenoid family. These are strong antioxidants and they improve i.a. vision, as these are found as a natural part of the eye’s yellow spot. Carotenoids, which are a precursor to vitamin A, are one of the most effective for the skin, as they benefit a young and strong skin. Extra good for increasing moisture content, elasticity, fine lines and pigmentation. Reduces inflammation and damage caused by the sun’s ultraviolet rays.
Use kale in your smoothie, make a juice, make a fantastic salad or why not healthy kale chips!
Kale chips are super easy to make, and taste so good!
Here’s how to make kale chips:
– Take the desired amount of kale (keep in mind that they shrink a bit when cooking) and cut with scissors into small pieces. Do not make them too small, but think “chips size”.
– Put the pieces in a bowl and pour on some olive oil and a little sea salt. Squeeze the kale thoroughly so that it mixes with the oil.
– Then place on a plate with parchment paper and put in the oven at 200 degrees for about 5-10 min. If you want them even more nutritious, use a drying oven (preserve its enzymes that are otherwise destroyed above 42 degrees), or keep your regular oven on a lower heat until they become hard and crispy.
Enjoy all the goodies!
Love
